Choice of two award pathways This course allows you to select one of two pathways that will give you one of the following award titles: University Certificate in Psychology University Certificate in Sport and Exercise Psychology Studying either pathway will provide you with 60 credits for entry onto the Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. You will need to study the University Certificate in Psychology pathway in order to gain credits from the relevant modules in order to progress onto the BSc Hons Psychology programme.

When enrolling onto this course, please select the modules for the appropriate pathway you are looking to study for the award you wish to exit with. Studying a psychology course can also equip you with a breadth of knowledge and range of transferable skills that enable you to progress into a wide range of courses and career paths such as: human resources; management; police and emergency services; social services; education; counselling; health and social care as well as careers in business and other similar professions.

You may also be looking to study this course as part of your Continuing Professional Development CPD or to enhance your career employability and general knowledge. Alternatively, if you already have an undergraduate degree in any subject you could continue studying with our BPS accredited Postgraduate Diploma, giving you the ability to take one step closer to becoming a registered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society BPS.
